We share it only with the service providers that help us run bookings, messaging and this website (for example our booking and customer-message software, our text and email delivery providers, and our web host), and only so they can provide that service to us. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a customer or applicant and for as long as we need it for our records, then delete it.
